Our Staff
KEVIN O’DONOGHUE, LMHC Director the Positive Mind Center
Kevin was the principal student of the renowned Armand DiMele, pioneering psychotherapy radio host and inventor of the Intense Feeling Process. Kevin comes from the world of teaching and business management. Before his death, Armand entrusted The Positive Mind Center to Kevin. His vision is to continue the work of Armand DiMele, emphasizing Positive Psychology principles and the Intense Feeling Process.
NISEEMA DYAN DIEMER LMT, SEP Director of Business Development
Niseema helps therapists who are looking for space to grow their practice and manages the day to day running of the therapy center and The Postitive Mind radio production studio. She helps therapists develop workshops and groups to further educate the public about mental and emotional health. Niseema has managed massage therapy departments for two NYC spas and is an adjunct faculty member at The Swedish Institute.
INDRA HARDAT, Business Manager
Indra worked closely with Armand DiMele for ten years as business manager at the DiMele Center. She is an accountant with more than twenty years' experience in finance, fundraising, management and taxation in a not-for-profit environment. Indra served as the Business Manager of WBAI for eleven years and as the station's Interim General Manager for two years. Her administrative expertise helps The Positive Mind Center run smoothly.
CONNIE SHANNON, EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Connie is often the first friendly face you’ll see at our reception desk, and she takes great pride in making every client feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. As an executive administrator and liaison, she is at the heart of our daily operations, helping everything run smoothly while fostering clear and supportive communication across our community.
She brings genuine warmth, positive energy, and a deep, lifelong passion for mental health awareness to all that she does, making her an essential and uplifting presence within our organization.
MAIREAD HYNES, ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Mairead supports daily operations with a focus on website management, social media, and creative content that helps maintain a cohesive and thoughtful presence across all platforms. She also contributes to keeping internal processes organized and running smoothly, supporting clear communication and a well-functioning team environment.
With a background in nutrition, she brings a strong interest in the relationship between food, wellbeing, and environment, which informs both her creative approach and her broader perspective on health, care, and connection.
